I decided over the weekend that I was going to start getting up between 6:30AM-7:00AM this week in order to familiarize myself with early mornings again. I would much rather get my workouts done before work. That way I have more time during the day to dedicate to networking, scheduling shoots, and looking for jobs. It could also give me a chance to work out twice a day if I felt the urge. That sounds a little crazy to me but it would help me get into better shape faster. I would also like to start playing sports again so it would free up my afternoons and evenings to do so.
I woke up at 6:39AM this morning, and rolled back over. I didn't stay in bed too much longer. I think I turned on Saved By The Bell a little after 7AM, not bad for my first try! Tomorrow is another day and another chance to reach this little goal.
I plan to hit the gym a little later this afternoon. I just ate lunch so I have to let it settle. Any good work outs that work for you guys? I'm open to any suggestions.
