The Life Planner

The new year is quickly approaching [I know, I can't believe it either] and I plan on making it better than 2011. That is not to say this year was bad by any means, but I wasn't as organized as I have been in the past and life seems so much easier when things are neatly planned out. And by neatly I mean written out in a pretty little planner.

I had already picked up a cute pink planner I found at Target. I wasn't 100% sold on it but I saw that the purchase would benefit breast cancer research and if you know me, you know I cannot turn something like this down so I bought it. Today I was introduced to something even more beautiful,  Erin Condren's Life Planners, and I fell in LOVE [thank you Gwen]. They are a bit pricey [at least for me since this would be my first legit planner outside of the smaller ones] but I believe it will be worth the money the second I have it in my hands. The only problem? I cannot pick one!

Either Splash [above] or Turquoise - see here

Both color options for this one are cute - see here

PEACOCK! <3 Both colors, again, are cute - see here

You would think my obvious excitement for the peacock design would have me sold but as much as I love peacock feathers, I'm not so sure I love the negative white space. Those are my top 3, however, and I'd love it if you could tell me which one, our of the 3, you like best.

Happy Planning! ;)

  1. I have been meaning to get a planner for the longest time.. i like the first one :)

  2. such a cute planner! i need to get one that supports breast cancer - i know we haven't talked much this month - but the day after I moved out we found my grandmother had breast cancer(her mother died of it, and my aunt is a survivor from it!). luckily since then with all the surgeries and everything, she is doing well and doesn't need to go through radiation treatments, just has to take a little pill each day, and has to go in for another mammogram in 4 months. just gotta stay positive! I love that you have such a big heart, and are always trying to support and help others <3

  3. I understand what you're saying about the negative space but I still would pick the peacock.

  4. Wow, it has to be Splash :) so good that it supports breast cancer too :)

  5. I love, love, love my life planner. I never thought I would be able to leave Franklin Covey and the structured pages they offer but I've never had more fun writing in my planner. And....if you would like to still support a charity Erin Condren has a pink life planner where they donate 1/2 the proceeds to breast cancer charities. It's like the best of both worlds.

Copy and paste this link to see it:

P.S. They have purple and yellow too which also have different charities associated.
