What I'm Loving Wednesday!

My One Tree Hill and Twitter family. Monday night was one for the books with thanking the cast and crew and saying goodbye to the Rivercourt. I wish I could have been there in person but seeing and feeling all of the love that night was unbelievable.

Sophia Bush RT'ing a quote I posted on Twitter. It means she was actually looking over my feed and that makes me so happy. She's been nothing but sweet and supportive to me. I hope to work together with her again on something epic.

Shantel Vansanten also RT'ing something I tweeted. If you're ever looking for some uplifting words and have a Twitter, you should follow her

Oprah Magazine. I've always loved Oprah but I didn't know how good her magazine was until I was published in it. This years 'The Favorite Things' issue is good so far. I'm not even half way through it and there have been amazing stories.

I watched most of this documentary last night and I was blown away. The fact that less than 6% of doctors are taught anything about nutrition is mind-boggling. Nutrition and vitamins are so essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and battling diseases, yet the drug administration wants to shove meds down our throats because that is what is making them a TRILLION dollar industry. I could go on but I won't. I'll simply encourage you all to check it out.

Soup. Clearly I am loving soup since I a lot of my recent updates have something to do with cooking soup or a new recipe. And I printed out 6 more recipes to try yesterday - obsessed!

Finally, some Pinterest finds! Follow me :)

I hope you all have a splendid Wednesday. Xo

  6. That documentary looks really interesting. I agree that good nutrition is vital and drug industry is outrageous. If everyone understood a little more about nutrition we'd all be so much healthier! Thanks for posting! :)
