In the Kitch: Grapefruit, Carrot, and Ginger Juice

If you're looking for a way to start your morning off right, look no further. The carrots in this deliver a blast of immunity-boosting vitamin C and enough fiber to sustain you until your first snack or next meal.
This juice is delicious. The ginger lingered on my tongue for a while after, though, so I may cut back next time I make this juice. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
